Call for poster
presentation
To register a poster,
please fill the registration form below or copy it and
send it to:
counoyere@agr.gc.ca.
Instructions
Persons
intending to present one or more posters must submit an
abstract for each poster using the following guidelines:
The
abstract must be written in French or English. They must include title, name of author(s),
affiliation, address and e-mail address for
correspondence. The abstract should not be longer than
300 words continuous paragraph including any
acknowledgements and references and must fit on one
page. Tables and figures are not allowed. It also should
include the following headlines:

Introduction: must be a brief section stating the
research problem;

Methods: methods and data collection should be
briefly described;
-
Results: the scientific committee will reject
studies from which no results can be derived;

Conclusions;

Abstracts
Font: Times New Roman 12;
TITLE IN CAPITAL LETTERS; underline names of authors;
use first names, no initials; indicate presenter of
poster by an “*”; include institution name and address;
start text on new line; avoid unclear abbreviations or
acronyms.
Display area limited to 90 cm by 120 cm
* Please note that it is required that at least one of
the authors must be fully registered and in attendance
for the Symposium in order to be able to present the
poster at the prescribed session.
Abstracts should be sent to Èveline Cournoyer (cournoyere@agr.gc.ca
) as an attachment to an e-mail message in Word format.
Fax copies will not be accepted. The submitted abstract
will be reviewed by the scientific committee. Abstract
confirmation will occur at the beginning of September.
Authors will be informed by an e-mail message. Abstracts
will be published in the Proceedings of the Symposium.
