Exhibitors
The Organizing Committee invites your Company/Organisation
to participate as a Table Top Exhibit. We offer two options:
Option 1 - $2 500
Table top
Skirted table of 2 X 6 and 2 chairs.
Electricity provided upon request and will be billed to
exhibitor.
No surrounding material will be tolerated.
Option 2 - $3 500
Booth
The exhibitor will be provided with a space of 10 X 10 in
order to set up a booth or a structure. All extra material or
additional services will be billed.
For both table and booth, electricity must be
requested and will be billed to the exhibitor directly by the
Convention Center. The connection fees are $100 for the event.
This is a great opportunity to network with the
food industry, academia and research institutions from 9:00am to
4:00pm on both days during the Symposium. Tables will be
allocated on a “first come, first served” basis so register
early. Space is limited.
Registration confirmation will be electronically
issued upon receipt of payment. Payment is non-refundable.
